Steve joined the corporate finance team in October 2008 bringing with him over 17 years of experience of working with SME businesses. He has joined Hart Shaw from the YFM Group, where he was an Investment Manager on the SYIF Capital and Development Funds, providing Venture Capital funding to SME businesses in South Yorkshire.

Matt Milnes - Corporate Finance Executive
Matt joined the corporate finance team in late 2008 after qualifying as a chartered accountant. Matt has worked at Hart Shaw since 2001 in the business services department where he gained significant experience in accounts, auditing and other issues affecting businesses.

Natalie Bracey
Natalie is AAT and ICAEW qualified and joined Hart Shaw’s Corporate Finance team, in the summer of 2010, after spending 6 years with the Business Services Department. During this time Natalie carried out accounts preparation and audits for a range of clients including large group companies, sole traders, charities, solicitors as well as incorporations and management information preparation.
