VAT Specialist
A new role within this top regional practice. As part of Hart Shaw's continuing expansion programme, we have an opportunity in our Tax Advisory Services for a VAT Consultant. Reporting directly to the Partners you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, bringing in new VAT consultancy work from the firm's substantial client base and from external referrals. Part of the role will be to manage and control the client VAT compliance work. The successful candidate will have a track record of promoting VAT consultancy work and be confident presenting client seminars. A part time role can be considered.

An opportunity has arisen to join the existing team of three and be a key member in developing the Corporate Finance Team.
A minimum of two years experience in a pre-requisite, with a broad range of experience being a significant advantage.

Do you want the opportunity to train with a well established firm of professionals? We recruit trainees to study the AAT (The Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification both from school and from college. You should have achieved good academic results in your GCSE's and/or A levels, including passes at A or B in English and Maths. Day release and full study support will be provided for the AAT qualification.

We offer opportunities for students wanting to gain work experience within an accountancy practice as part of their College/University course. Along with gaining valuable experience that will contribute to a present qualification, there is also the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff once your studies have been completed.
