Hart Shaw Corporate Finance short-listed for South Yorkshire Dealmakers awards

Hart Shaw Corporate Finance have been shortlisted for numerous awards at the forthcoming Insider South Yorkshire Dealmakers awards taking place at St Paul’s Mercure hotel on 24 June.
The Corporate Finance team, spear-headed by Hart Shaw Partner Chris Sellars are in the running for the Corporate Finance Advisory team award, while Chris himself has been short-listed for the Corporate Finance Advisor and Dealmaker of the Year Awards.
But the most notable nomination is the Deal of the Year Award: the disposal of Hallam Beauty by GRI Group to Mibelle AG Cosmetics in Switzerland. Hart Shaw Corporate Finance were lead advisors on the transaction which is valued between £25m and £35m, a fantastic success story following the acquisition of Hallam Beauty five years ago for circa £1m.
